What is an intensive course?
An intensive course is designed to speed up the process of learning allowing you to gain practical experience in driving at a quicker rate. David atkinson school of motoring enables you to perfect your skills and develop your knowledge facilitating a successful pass of your driving test.
How long does an intensive course last?
The intensive course can be very tiring hence it is split into morning and afternoon sessions. This will allow for light lunch and refreshments and also time to analyse your progress so far highlighting areas requiring more practice. It will also allow you time to voice your concerns or ask questions.
The intensive course usually runs from Monday to Friday with your test the following week ( subject to availability ). Taking the test the following week allows time to cancel should your instructor believe you are not ready saving the test booking fee of £56.50
Below is a list of courses available with David Atkinson School of Motoring to you to help you gain experience and facilitate your understanding of road safety.

09.30 - 11.45
11.45 - 12.30 Lunch break
12.30 - 14.30
21.15 hours of tuition at £17.00 per hour
Course fee of £357 plus Test fee of £56.50
Total cost £413.50
Rate 2. Monday to Friday
09.30 - 11.45
11.45 - 12.30 Lunch break
12.30 - 15.30
26.15 hours of tuition at £16.50 per hour.
Course fee of £429 plus Test fee of £56.50
Total cost £485.50
Rate 3. Monday to Friday
09.00 - 11.00 followed by a 20 min break
11.30 - 12.30
12.30 - 13.15 Lunch break
13.15 - 15.15 followed by a 15 min break
15.30 - 17.30
35 hours of tuition at £16.00 per hour.
Course fee of £560 plus Test fee of £56.50
Total cost £616.50
If you decide an intensive course is for you, contact David Atkinson School of Motoring so dates can be arranged. The course fee must be paid 4 weeks in advance of your course start date. No refund can be made for cancellations due to the cost of test fees and also the inability to reschedule another course for that period.
If the driving instructor cancels the intensive course then you will receive a full refund and 10% off any newly arranged course fee.
